What is the return policy?

Returns are only accepted before payment to the delivery person. Once paid, items cannot be returned. Size exchanges are available on the same day of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Customer covers delivery charges for exchanges. Refunds are only provided for verified manufacturing defects.

Orders are delivered within 2-3 days inside Dhaka and 3-4 days outside Dhaka.
